Nishi Residential
New Acton, Canberra
David Solomon lead consultant on the project, acting for Principals Molonglo Group, delivered this 16 level residential apartment building comprising 220 sustainable apartments. The project was designed by Fender Katsalidis, Suppose Architects from Japan, global engineering firm Arup and landscape architects and urban designers Oculus. Nishi residential is connected to Nishi Commercial and benefits from great views of Lake Burley Griffin and Black Mountain. The project has received numerous National and International awards and acclaim.
