The Georgia is one of Sydney's most exclusive and sought-after boutique apartment buildings prestigiously located on the northern fringe of the CBD. Each apartment takes in the entire floor providing three sides of natural light and captures dual aspect, breathtaking and iconic views of Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour and the City Skyline.
The Georgia is located on the site of one of Sydney’s earliest hotels, the Dunbarton. It was the first high rise, whole floor apartment building in Australia and had many innovative features including the largest underslung car lift in the Southern Hemisphere at the time. It was also one of Sydney’s slenderest buildings being some 100m plus tall contained on a site that only 12m wide.
